Maintenance/Staff

Starting with maintenance, I do understand that with the COVID-19 pandemic that has ravaged the world you can get behind. You have to retool and revamp how you proceed with things. However, I moved into this complex well before COVID. There are things I pointed out on the day I moved in that has not even been touched or taken care off. Many of my neighbors have complained of the same things. I think that could use some adjusting. The staff is very friendly! They have been kind and respectful to my wife and I from move in day until this point. But, it is extremely hard to get in touch with them and get a response by means of telephone and email. Since the virus has limited the amount of face to face contact that we can have (which is completely understandable) the other means of communication needs to be readily available. I do appreciate the hard work that the staff and maintenance crews have done thus far through these challenging times!!! Please continue to rise to meet the challenges as we fight each day to get through these difficult times.
