Cats must be kept inside the Property's structures at all times and will not be permitted to roam the Property. Tenant shall be liable for injuries to any individual or damage to the Property caused by Tenant's pet(s). Landlord reserves the right to remove or to require Tenant to remove any pet that becomes dangerous to others or that repeatedly damages the Property. Tenant's failure to properly control Tenant's pet(s) or to remove a dangerous pet from the Property may be grounds for eviction of Tenant.
