We've had a bad run

We thought it would be great; started off well. Things went downhill within the first month. Since then, we've had cable TV/internet issues with a Spectrum bundle through the property. We've had flying pest issues that aren't resolved after 3 months. Our relationship with the manager has devolved - customer service is less than adequate in some areas. Maintenance was very poor until they hired a new guy, but he's just one guy for the entire property. Waste management has been very poor. It's a nice location, Duke Forest is lovely, but this place has some fundamental issues.
