Great place to live if you are a remote worker!

I've moved here in Feb. 2022 when I became a 100% remote worker. The maintenance crew is amazing and I've had a great experience living her so far, as they take care of any issues. There is a bit of noise from pets being left home during business hours, but that is expected in this day and age of COVID. Having the option to have my own garage as part of my rental is great.

We are a pet-friendly community and LARGE dogs are welcome here, with no weight restrictions!  Only two pets per home please. A one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet and an aditional $200 for two pets will apply. Monthly pet rent is $20/pet. *Select breed restrictions will apply for dogs.
