You forgot the Garbage...oh, it was full

My biggest complaint is the garbage that we have to pay a monthly fee for. We need more dumpsters and tenants who take pride in where the live. The garbage is left all over the ground because it's full to capacity or folks are too lazy to open the gate and dump it in the back of the dumpster. I'm getting tired of paying for this service since I can't always use it when I need to.
