Peaceful location

They make it hard to want to move. Quiet, maintenance is quick, polite staff, no noise. Wonderful location, close to all the shopping

Safety Issues

Safety of the Community is a stated priority by management but NOT an enforced priority. Saying safety is important simply is words. The entrance gates are out of commission at least half the time. The security lights are out in multiple locations and have been for more than 2 months. Parking is always an issue at night. At 4am on a week night in early September 2019, there was an armed robbery in the community parking lot. 3 police cars on premise were searching for the robber as I was leaving for work at 4am They questioned me as I left for any info I could offer. Surely that event would have made replacing the nonworking security lights an immediate necessity for the safety of the community. They are still out on Sept 30, 2019.

Best Apartment Yet!

I have been living at WFlats for 2 years now, and I have to say , I've never had any problems OMG....the staff are so nice, friendly and understandable . The amenities are great, Parking is manageable especially since I arrive home from work late! Maintenance always respond in a timely matter to fix any issue that arises. My location is great NO KIDS and I have the back Patio for privacy. W-Flats makes me feel comfortable, and my neighbors are very friendly. I am satisfy with the rates here . If you looking for a secured , comfortable place to live, W-FLATS IS YOUR PLACE!!!
