Piedmont

Windows dont have proper seals. Noise and air gets through these pretty easily. Makes my energy bill higher. Would be nice if there was a ceiling fan in the living room. Valet trash changes every other week. Everytime maintenance enters my apartment they leave my door unlocked. Apartment maintenance was done and nails and shingles were left on my patio.

Needs Improvement

Mainly with lazy maintenance staff; they left trash in front of an apartment they cleaned for weeks was only moved by residents despite informing maintenance.

Great Customer Service

Due to Covid I lost my job and everyone at the leasing office including Ashley made sure every step of the way things were taken care of! I enjoy the great customer service skills every last person has at the leasing office I really appreciate you guys ! Thank you ??
