Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. A great community nestled in a busy neighborhood

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have truly loved it. It is safe and convenient to everything! I walk to work and to the grocery store, so having a car can be optional! The train is quickly accessible as well and so many great restaurants, bars, and breweries within a 10 minute walk. The clubhouse and gym are always clean and maintenance is very quick to respond to requests.

Junction 1504

I love Junction 1504! Any issue I have had has been fixed in a very timely manner, I always feel safe and I love the apartment layout itself. You just can't find this amount of square footage easily! I would highly recommend to others.

Location, Location, Location

I love living here. I have lived here for 5 years. I love that this area is dog friendly and easy access to shopping and restaurants! Staff is really nice here. There is a sense of community within the property. I love the breezeway entrances to the apartments. I love you have the option of renting a garage!

Awesome Location and Community

I've lived here for almost 2 years and just resigned for a 3rd. The community is really great here and the location is unbeatable! The amentities are always clean and available. It's a very pet friendly place to live!!!
