Relocated from Milwaukee Wisconsin

I recently relocated from Milwaukee, WI to Charlotte for quality of life boost. I found this property on Zillow. The rent prices were in my price range, Charlene assisted me throughout the renting/leasing process. She was very friendly and responsive. I rented the apartment via online without seeing the property nor apartment unit in person. I've been a resident for about a month. Yet, the Berkshire Place photos were spot on. The swimming pool is very clean as is the property itself. No trash around the garbage area, nor in the parking lot. Very clean and quiet area. The location of this apartment complex is extremely ideal. Mins away for shopping -grocery, hardware and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy

Ive been in this apartment for almost 2 months now and i feel comfortable calling it home. If theres ever any issues the office and maintenance staff are always very prompt at getting is fixed and Resolved. I feel safe walking my dog at night and have never experienced any feelings of unease which is important for a single woman. The parking spots are plentiful and large. The apartments themselves are cute and homey. Its a quick drive to the city and has plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area!
