Quiet Neighborhood. Staff is very easy to work with. Klara the Leasing Agent is friendly and professional. Mike the Maintenace guy is awesome so far. Takes care of business quickly.

Disappointing Experience At Arrium of Kildare

Living at Arium of Kildare has been incredibly disappointing. The grounds are absolutely disgusting – cobwebs, bird droppings, garbage juice stains, and weather debris are everywhere. Mushrooms are growing all over the grass, which makes it embarrassing to bring friends or family over. The place looks filthy and neglected. The staff at the office is equally frustrating. It feels like no one knows what's going on, and they constantly pass the buck. I've been dealing with a severe water damage issue from a leaking window in my apartment for over a year. Despite repeatedly asking for it to be fixed, I'm told it's on back order, which is hard to believe given the damage it's causing. After the most recent storm, even more water seeped in, and now the smell from the wet drywall is unbearable. The only positive aspect is Nicole, the office manager. She has been responsive to my concerns, but it's still unclear when this issue will be resolved. The other two staff members are completely useless – they have no idea what's going on and seem to excel only at giving attitude. To make matters worse, our water bill is set to increase to cover the cost of a recent pipe repair. This community is in desperate need of attention and competent management. It's a shame that such a beautiful location in the heart of Cary is run so poorly.

Nice location and great neighbors. However staff can be very unresponsive and dog park is always a mess.

I love living at Arium kildaire , I've been living here for 2 years, its a quiet community and the apartment is nice and cozy for me, my family and pets. i would recommend living here.
