This apartment community is absolutely exceptional. The benefit of exceptional is consistent. reliant, and credible. However, along with those qualities are aspects that can sometimes fall stale without a keen eye for insight on upholding the standard of excellence. I think the management means well but dropping the ball seems like an area of growth for the property manager and subsequently the team as a result. Accommodating new residents is an area leadership needs growth in when it comes to missing the mark on basic and operational pitfalls within apartment homes. Outside of those few adjustments you couldn't dream of a better place to spend a minimum of 4 years as you dream of what is next and permanent for you and yours. Yes, choose Amberwood at Lochmere this time and the next time. Just like we did.
