Love it

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and have absolutely loved it. The location is great and staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff host many events to engage the community and promote good relations among neighbors. My favorite is that a food truck comes about once a month! We have done holiday events/gatherings and a blood drive!

There is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $150.00 pet fee for the 2nd pet. Additional monthly pet rent is $10.00 per pet.  Two pet maximum. The following breed restrictions apply: Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Husky, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Malamute, and any mixture of these breeds.
