I am very pleased with my apartment here. First of all I'm allowed to have my pet. Which is important to me. The high ceilings, and the brightness from the big windows beautiful. I'm a patio person, love sitting out getting the sun. I have a River view from my apartment. Beautiful scenery, watching boats, bass fishing etc from my patio. I love the security, mail boxes inside, great for shopping by mail Amazon, etc Parcels delivered inside and privacy. It's kept very Clean. Great friendly Superintendents on site .I also like the common room, exercise area. And coming soon a large outdoor patio and finally I decided to take underground parking. The best move I ever made. I am close to all stores, Restaurants, take outs, and my favorite Tim Hortons where I meet all my friends. So being a senior, this is a beautiful place to call home for me. I truly love it!

I love my apartment, the size for a one bedroom, 800 sq ft. It gives me lots of room. Comes with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & Dryer, Walk- in pantry, Walk thru closet, beautiful view of the Miramichi River. I also enjoy my patio all year round. I love that I can bring my car. I'm happy here.

It's a great apartment building, but parking is a nightmare at times. If you leave after 7pm you may need to park somewhere else and walk in.

I'm just moving in, but the Amenities and view and location is perfect for me. Love it, hard decision selling my home and downsizing, but "best"decision i ever made.
