Takes over a year to get repairs done
I'm still waiting for my carpet to be repaired. Was told that it will be fixed, just no idea as to when. It's been 1 1/2 years. August will be the 2 year mark. I pay $880.00 month. I have to wonder if they ever get completed. Looking like I am dreaming to think itp might get fixed in the next 5 years. Will not hold my breath. Id be dead before it gets fixed if I held my breath.

The staff is excellent. the prices are wonderful, It is sadly too noisy.

Tenant Review
I have lived here for almost four years now. I haven't had any major issues, property is kept clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The downside I would say is having a play area for smaller children that cannot go to the park on their own.
