We are the right place for you and your four legged friends. We are a pet friendly community allowing a maximum of two animals per apartment, and no aggressive breeds. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable). Pet rent is property specific. No BIRDS are accepted. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) (Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list)    Contact us for more information.   Don't forget to stop by the office to pick up a treat for your pa-w-l!

Been a perfect place for me over last year and a half

Avalon has been a great place to live. The staff has been very attentive to my concerns, and has been very understanding during my time away due to health concerns. Can't recommend Avalon highly enough to anyone.

Great community

Complex is well kept with nice amenities. The office staff have always been helpful and friendly. Apartment is a great size but could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms. Overall a great place to live.

Avalon Review

My only request would be to keep the breezeways cleaner. I enjoyed the person coming through with the blower the other day, but the breezeways definitely need power washed! Lots of bugs and wasp nests.
