The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable). Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Contact the office to find out more details Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. I love the apartments they’re nice pretty clean. Spiders are a bit of a problem and stray cats but other than that they’re prompt about everything.

my review

This complex has very old cabinetry and appliances. They could improve by adding new windows, doors, resealing the windows (instead of caulking everything). They do not do a good job in cleaning apartments before moving new tenants in. When you submit a maintenance request, they prefer to tell you that the request is not valid rather than repairing correctly the first time. It is difficult to continue to explain why something is not acceptable to the tenant. The rent continues to increase with no improvements.
