Existing Tenant

When I first moved here, there was a list of things that needed to be done to my apartment prior to moving in. I was told those things will get done after I moved in. It took for them to get a different property manager and maintenance team for things to start getting done. My suggestion would be if there is a list of things that need to be done prior to moving in do not move in until they are completed. It is a nice complex, however I do not use the laundry facilities because the one time I did look at it it was substandard and not kept up. Other than that it's a decent place to live.

Doing pretty well

I enjoy being here for most part. It’s located right by Walmart and the Uptown McComb mall (Edgewood). It’s a good amount of space inside. The previous attendants made a mess but the new maintenance man and manager helped to ensure some of the repairs were made. One thing I can say is the price is fair. I do appreciate that it isn’t a low income apartment.
