Parking

As I travel the property with my comings and goings, taking trash out or going to retrieve mail; I notice quite a few non working vehicles that are parked directly in the closer parking spaces. I am aware that sometimes this may be necessary due to certain circumstances but I feel it to be unfair when I have to park in a complete different parking lot/side. Can we possibly look into having this cared for as we should not have to walk the distance when there is a non working vehicle taking this space. It needs to be fixed or moved at owners expense(30 day limit). I have been here since 2/14/2020 and these vehicles never move. This is just a concern I have thank you for your attention on this matter.

Needs an uplifting

I love living here. But it is getting old. Floor half done. Blinds falling apart in one room. Closet coming down a d paint falling off of it. Bathroom commode in last bathroom needs replaced. To small. I am aware of the.the dark days we are having and it is a must to keep each safe. And then the rent goes up. Front door needs a paint job too, screen on window needs replacing has been that way since I been here. It would make me feel better by the increase in rent if it was just a little uplifting, if it really matters to you. Thank you

Maintenance

Sidewalks are dangerous as I fell in September and had to have surgery on thumb.Also, shoulder problems, unable to use left arm.
