Continuous change in management, poor maintenance .

It has been up to six or more managers in the couple years I've been there. It causes confusion in rent being posted on time and utility payments. Rent is always going up and all sorts of stipulations and fees begin to come about but they never can come in a timely manner if someone comes at all to address maintenance issues. I live in the back and am surrounded on each side of me by people who argue and fight constantly and smoke marijuana on the stairs right out side my door. I have small children who i rarely let go out side because of the behavior of the neighbors. It's terrible.

I won’t be here next year

A lot of new fees and no consistency with communication and repairs to my place, the staff is cold and distant I feel like the water and pet fee should be due in the middle of the month it’s hard to do the rent and the other fees all at once. I’m a single Parent and I lost my job it’s already hard I can’t wait until my lease is up.
