If you are looking for a life of plush luxury Parkwest is the place for you.  We are currently undergoing renovation to bring today's best features to include stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, plank flooring, interactive fitness center, resort style pool and MUCH MORE!   
No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.  See list below for animals not allowed. The pet fee for 1 pet is $450 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $700 (non-refundable). Pet rent is property specific. Contact the office to find out more details. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) (Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list)

Noisy

The noise here is insane. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor sneeze and the construction has been nonstop for months. Not to mention the constant lawn mowing. And why does the second floor need to be leaf blown for an hour??? Other than that and the lack of parking at night I have few issues.

Review

I think once the maintenance in the back is finished parking should be better. A lot of cars are parking in the middle of the road blocking the way out because there are no spots available
