I am more often then not am given excuses to why things are the way they are and only get real help after multiple complains like with the mold in my bathroom or the light fixture in my kitchen. The price like everything else is ridiculous almost $1k for a 606 sqft. with a tiny bathroom, a lets say quirky stove, oven, and microwave. Honestly the always increasing ridiculous price is the only thing keeping me from upgrading to more space. to be clear the head lady and head maintenance are great, its their subordinates that seem the most lazy about helping or providing information.
