The landscaping would be so much better if they would blow sidewalks after grass is cut and edged. Overall landscaping is below average.

The inside of the apartments are ok. However, I’ve complained about the noise level from a neighbor and the trash around the building. Neither has been addressed after several complaints. I’ve lived in numerous apartment complexes and worked at one before also. This is definitely the most unconcerned staff, except for one, that I’ve ever encountered. The maintenance team is great though.
