Office doesn't follow through

Need more Handicap parking! Between the 2 buildings where I live there are 3 of us who need close parking and have w/c parking. 1 spot. Office said they ordered more signs and posts, THAT WAS 8 MONTHS AGO! What happened with dog park? Was staked out but never was built.

Good staff; poor buildings

The staff are wonderful - office and maintenance - but the buildings are in poor condition. The floors are weak and warped, smoke detector batteries give out frequently, and there are other issues. It's not a bad place if you don't mind second-rate facility.

First time renting.

I am a new tenant. This is my first time renting. I am glad I have a place to live and I like the layout. However, I wish that there were more employees working for the staff. I also wish that the foundation/flooring was more flat and even. I think rent is extremely high for what we get, but I am happy with the new property manager so far. He is kind. I just wish the walls were painted more nicely and everything was thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. I am military, so maybe my standards of clean are a little high.

apartment manager, Laura has been great and very professional while there was miscommunication at movein. I am handicapped and requested apartment downstair but the one i requested was not ready so i wad given another that was on 2nd floor and was not aware of this til movein. Its been five months since i was told they would transfer me to downstairs and delay due to apartment remodel. There was no handicap parking and had hard time getting park space in front of apartment. Was told only 2 cars allowed for 1 bedroom unit but many have 3 and guests takeup resident parking. Handicap parking resolved but non permitted tenants use it frequently. Parking still problem because no enforcement. Maintenance to overall complex is poor. Therr is 1?staffing position . Extetiors need pressure washing, broken lattice everywhere needs repair, perling paint on step rails, tradh everywhetr including woods, almost 4 months since Zeta hit and damaged soding still not repaired making exterior trashy looking. Amenities non existent: no playground, exercise room off limits, pool okay, no lighting in mailbox area
