Woodward Lofts

All in all, I love living here. My only two complaints are 1. I wish there was a little more free parking. 2. There is a lot more noise than what I was expecting from a newly renovated building. Noise from the hallway and from the sides of the apartment. My apartment is next to the trash room so twice a week I wake up to the trash company emptying the bins.

Great building! Would highly recommend!

This is a great luxury loft residence. I can't speak on the maintenance because I haven't used them yet. I also can't speak on the staff because they recently went through a management shift (not sure why- the old staff was absolutely amazing). Parking is abundant and the amenities are great. The gym is the best apartment gym I have seen in an apartment. I utilize the mart quite a bit for snacks and small groceries. And the pool, while small, is great to hang out on a sunny day. Ultimately, this is a great apartment in a very fun location. Highly recommend.

Great Place To Live

Love the industrial style with HUGE windows and light. Yes, you are right on the train tracks so you will hear the train if you live on that side so if you are someone that is super noise sensitive maybe this isn't for you but you only notice trains when breaking. The only thing I wish there was amenities wise was someplace to wash and clean cars.
