Been here 5 years. It’s a wonderful building, well managed and super location, with a real sense of “community” amongst the residents…a perfect place to live.

Good Value

Townehouse is a good value- the rents are reasonable and the apartments reflect that. While there are newer apartments in the area with washer and dryers in the units, new kitchens and hardwood floors, they are much more expensive. The maintenance staff is very good and attentive. Overall, a good value.
