great apartment

I lived here for 2 years great stay!! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The view was stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city.

This is a great place with an even better community. I've loved most aspects of living her however the elevator has been broken for several months now and there is no end in sight

Used to be better

The buidling was better before it was sold. New owners are focusing on wrong things, trying to make an old building seem hip. One elevator has been broken for 6 months. The maintenance crew is great but management is ambivalent, at best- you never get a straight answer out of them. Windows whistle, laminate falls off cabinets, they don't clean carpets anymore, etc. They are renovating some apartments, so it is quite noisy until 8pm at night. The community is wonderful- diverse, friendly- the only good thing about the building anymore.

Change to Mills- Not the best for sure

Mills out money into general areas and are upgrading aparments as tenanta move out. That being said, they jacked the parking by 78% without a notice - if I hadn’t read the renewal lease (and guessing most people dont’t) I wouldn’t have seen the increase until my first billing of the renewal term. In additon, only 3 elevators and there always seems to be 1 OOS. With the number of units in this building, this is an issue they never addres. One has been OOS for two weeks now. Security and Maintenance personnel are outstanding but as a tenant who has been here 4 years, I will not be renewing. Have sent Mills two emails about parking and elevators and no response.
