Kirkwood Bluffs is an amazing place to live. I love the office team, my apartment and all the beautiful trees.

Great place to live on a budget

If it was not for the staff this place would not have my business. These people go above and behind to help you. The worst part of the apartment is that the value does not equal the price. The maintenance is by far the worst I have ever seen in any apartment. Its just really hard sometimes to feel safe at my own home. I digress though like I said the main reason to stay here is the staff is above no other they are the heart and brain of this place and make it amazing.

Honest Apartment Review After Deciding to leave

I have lived here for over a year and a half at this complex. This Apartment Complex has many pros and cons. You need to evaluate which are more important to you. Pros: -Great apartment size -Great Staff in the office -Great View (depending on the apartment) -Right off of 270 -Quiet Residents ( can not hear anyone below or next to me) -Maintenance is quick and cares about problems -Amenities were impressive before Covid -Multiple Activities from the Staff ( Partys, Food Trucks, Competitions) Cons -Kitchen out of date (couldn't use one draw due to the stove being in the way) -Train comes through 3 times a day ( no horn just al lot of noise on the tracks) -Amenities Closed most of the time I've been here (Covid) -Parking lot was always a nightmare - Bathrooms needed updating -A lot of stairs from apartment to parking lot. All and all if I wasn't ready for a house I would happily stay in this complex again. It was not the nicest up to date but it was far from being a bad apartment. It was enough for me to be happy with what I was paying and the size of the apartment.
