Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community and we welcome your pet to Hampton Gardens Apartments. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed per apartment. The monthly pet rent is $20 per month. If you are found keeping a pet without the company's knowledge, the daily charge for an unauthorized pet is $10 per day, plus a $100 penalty fee. This charge can be assessed for each day back to the original day management discovered the pet in the apartment. Additionally, we have the right to file eviction for breach of contract.
