Cozy Place by Forest Park
I've been a resident at Expo at Forest Park for the past nine months, and overall, it has been a great living experience! This apartment complex offers some excellent perks and is located across the street from Forest Park. The shared interiors of the apartments are truly stunning. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design and the quality of the fixtures and finishes. One of my favorite aspects of Expo at Forest Park is the pool area, and the addition of grills near the pool is pretty cool, making it easy to BBQ with friends and host some get-togethers. The bike storage is appreciated - I don't bike but I'd imagined I'd like it if I did. Additionally, there's a dog wash station, helping keep our furry friends clean and happy. Lastly, the gym is also a great addition and has some basic weights and machines that can get a general workout in at any time of the day. I'd highly recommend living here!
All in all, satisfied and happy with my new unit. 8/10!
I've lived here for about 4 months now, and I would say I'm pretty satisfied. The apartment is located just 1 metro stop away from Central West End, where there are good restaurants and grocery stores. The WashU shuttle has a stop right in front of the apartment across the street, so transportation for students is not an issue at all. Luckily, my unit faces the Forest Park so the view is pretty good as well. I love that everything here is new, as the building was built this year. I would say Fields Foods was the only disappointment because the prices for groceries are just insanely inflated and the management there is not so good. However, I am pretty excited for the cafe that's coming in on the first floor!
The Expo
The Expo is a wonderful property, located in a very convenient location. The facility is new, has nice finishes, and fairly quiet. The property is a bit expensive (including parking), but the amenities and comfort of the property are well worth it. I have really enjoyed my experience so far.
The Expo at Forest Park
I was one of the first tenants to move into Expo (Jan. 2023) and I would say by far this is the best apartment experience that I've ever had. The property managers are extremely kind and attentive to needs/wants, and maintenance has been quick to respond to requests. The amenities have been quite nice, the lobbies are impressive, the coffee machine is a nice perk, and the gym has all the machines I would care to have. Then with the recent addition of the store attached to the north building, with more stores coming to the south building the community itself would be a WFH or student living dream. There have been some small quirks with the place which have been quickly resolved - but is expected with a brand-new building (such as appliances needing a hard reset or a breaker reset). I've very much enjoyed renting at Expo Forest Park and would recommend it as there are no cons other than a higher price tag. Highly recommend!
