Review

I've lived here for over 17 months now, and, overall, I don't have any major complaints. It's an old building in a busy city, so there are sure to be issues with noise, parking, utilities, et cetera. Whenever I have had a problem, the staff has been quick to provide remediation. Whenever the building has had a problem (elevator, leaks, et cetera) the staff has been quick to alert tenants, provide regular updates, and get the issue resolved. That's all you can really ask for as a tenant. What's more, the level of responsiveness and remediation has improved greatly from when I first moved in. In addition, the staff has done a fine job of making 275 feel like more of a community by hosting fun events so that tenants can interact with one another. This is a great perk of living at 275. Keep up the great work, team!
