Great apartment for the money

Been here two+ years ...great location, great community, great amenities, just needs a gym area and a large mail package pickup/drop off area ... besides that how many apartments do you know include internet and cable in the rent? Close to trails, grocery stores, and major highways. Peaceful neighborhood and open parking lot spaces with no parking fees
