Imperial Gardebs Apartments

The stand out thing about Imperial Gardens is location, location, location....it is affordable. I have lived here for 12 years and I have seen alot of new leasing people, good and bad. Monarch owns this property now and the leasing office has been very responsive to questions and maintenance issues. That's huge. However when it comes to keeping their word on promotional items...my experiences have been poor. If you want a clean, safe convenient place to live. I would recommend Imperial Gardens. It's been my home for 12 years.

The staff

I would like thank a thousand times the Assistant manager she was very helpful this was my first time in a very long time coming to a community like imperial garden. She made my experience so much better. Her kind words and very professional attitude made things so much easier for my mind. She went up and Beyond for that I am so at peace with my decision to live here. Thank you so much Ms. DeAnyai Brett. I would most definitely recommend this community to friends.
