I have lived here since October 2023 and have had no issues. I love the things to do around the apartment building, I love the access to downtown. I live higher up in the apartment building so I don't hear any noise at all. Parking below the building is a must.....

We have lived here for ten years. The management staff works hard to make improvements and respond to complaints. One of the great things about living here is the Apartment is centrally located and in a developing community. The complex is within walking distance from one of the largest and most beautiful free parks in the United States, the Metrolink station, shopping, grocery, biking, and walking trails, surrounded by Historical Ivy league Universities, world fair historically beautiful state homes, and have easy access to a major highway. The management works hard to keep good tenants.

    3.5/5 Deborah s. on May 3, 2023

I've been living here almost 3 years and the staff has changed and the presence of some new tenants is disturbing but overall its still a good building to reside in with changes,

I've lived at 275 on the Park for about a half a year. I've had a great experience with the staff, fellow residents, and community. The staff is attentive and friendly and my apartment is one of the older ones in the complex, but I find it very accommodating and well maintained. Parking and amenities are spot on. I love the pool and the parking is ample. It's a great area to live in, and as a single woman, I feel safe. I love where I live and don't have any complaints!

    5/5 Jennifer on Jun 5, 2022

Since the change in management, the ambience has improved dramatically. The concierge is top notch and presents very well. As a resident, I feel I can call it a luxury apartment now. Prior to that, the building was wrought with non-working elevators and the flooring of the lifts were falling apart. I just hope that access code be changed every so often for added security.
