The Laurel Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs and have a 2 pet maximum. There is a $300 pet fee for the 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd and a $30/month pet rent.

City living

We have been living at The Laurel for about a year and enjoy it. the staff are super friendly and very helpful with any questions. It is in downtown St.Louis so you will hear some noise but nothing that will keep you up all nights. Overall it's a great building with a nice community.

Awesome maintenance and staff!

I have to give a huge thanks to the community, management, and Raphael! As the storm came in this evening and I was gone, someone noticed my patio door came loose and was letting water in, took the time to call the concierge, and Raphael called me, went in with my permission to close the door, and mopped the minor flooding that came in, thanks so much! I owe a big one for this and thank you so much! (he wouldn't accept a reward, so I hope management/someone sneaks one in for me!)

The Maintenance Folks

I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance folks. Never have I seen a more quick, complete, and competent maintenance crew. Any time I have an issue it is addressed quickly and completely. That is something I very much appreciate as does my wife. It is great to know that when we need something done, the staff and maintenance crew will go the extra mile to ensure that things are done right. Thank you much for that!

Feel at Home at The Laurel!

I have truly enjoyed living at The Laurel for the past few months! The location is wonderful and convenient! The staff members are friendly and truly care about those who live here. The Laurel not only provides great amenities, the staff members also plan events and want to know how they can make improvements. The only area that I would change is parking. The parking garage/parking spots are small and a tight squeeze to get into sometimes. When I had difficulty with my parking space, one of the staff members worked with me to ensure that she could help me the best she could in fixing the situation and I appreciate that. I have at least another year calling the Laurel home and I am truly looking forward to it! :)
