Overall Low Quality
Had many issues with the place over last few years, wont get into detail on here but, have not been pleased with lacy the manager and dont like the new owners as nobody really knows anything about the firm that bought them very shady seeming based out of nebraska
Great apartment!
Been living here since 2019 love the apartment.Great neighbors and office staff. Extremely affordable rent. Great loc a ton right next to Walmart and in walking distance of a few fast food areas. Great pool for the summertime and I plan to stay for years to come.

These are nice and clean apartments. Very friendly neighborhood. The manager here is totally awesome here! She will help you in anyway she can. She very friendly and polite. Best manager I ever had living in apartment complex.
Spring Hills Rental
I have lived at the Spring Hills apartments for 2 years now. I love the location & being close to everything in town as well as just a short drive from Springfield. I will say, originally we had a playground area for the kids. At some point though the equipment became damaged & it was all torn down. It has been months & the children would enjoy to have a place to go & play again. I adore my neighbors & my home. The rent is the best in town. I also really appreciate management for all that they do. Lacy is always extremely understanding & quick to respond when needed.
Love the staff
The staff and maintenance at Springhill in Republic are always so nice and helpful with any questions.
