Residents appreciate that the property is in a great location and is very quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for families. The grounds are well-maintained, and the property itself includes state-of-the-art technology and nicely built homes with great appliances. Additionally, the property has easy access to the highway and offers various amenities. The staff has been noted to be amazing by several residents.

Lack of privacy and constant noise. There is very little room to park multiple vehicles. Pool amenity didnt work for the entirety of the summer with little communication from staff. Overall poor communication from staff when amenities are not functioning or when they resume functioning (i.e., dumpsters not working). Units are very cheaply made and appliances aren’t great. Not much luxury about living here.

Not Loving New Leasing Staff
We moved in shortly after the property opened. The pool, dog park, trash, and other amenities were still being built. After a year, the pool was not properly closed or maintained through the winter, resulting in damages and a delayed opening for this summer. The new management is difficult to get ahold of at times, I've needed something from them and had to call 5+ times in a day until I didn't get the voicemail. There is rarely someone in the office to handle requests. Overall, not a bad experience. I wish the amenities were all available for residents. Especially since we got nothing for renewing our lease even though identical floor plans were leasing for several hundred dollars less.
