Need to improve safety, noise, services, and quality.

Screaming children on a daily basis whose parents don't watch them or correct them. One child purposefully shreaks and screams. Poor quality material in the apartments. Things break easily and are repaired with shotty workmanship. I've had black mod around the shower since I moved in that was partially covered with caulking. I've had a leak in my ceiling that was sealed with bright white sealant but no one has returned to paint it. Appliances are of poor quality. Posts on the outside pation railing hang loose out of their casing and are never repaired. During the winter, ice melt was not used on the sidewalks leading to the driveway. Parking spaces were not plowed out so cars could park. Yet, the rent increased.

Best apartment that I've found so far

I and my family recently became a part of the Bonhomme community and it's great experience so far. Leasing Manager is very polite and she guided us to select the best available apartment. Also she is always ready to help us for any maintenance requirement. Believe me or not, we feel it's our home now. We are so happy with the facilities available in this nice apartment complex. Most importantly, it is in Ladue school district, which is the best SD in Saint Louis.

Not so happy lately

I've lived here 2 1/2 years. It was nice when I first moved in but i noticed that the property up keep is steady going down right before my eyes. being destroyed buy residents. Trash stalls overfilled, residents throw trash off porches on ground and it stays there for weeks. Saw a used face mask hanging from one of the bushes outside that stayed there for 3 days. leaves and trash blow under stair wells but maintenance will not clean it out. The rent we pay for staying here is not worth it.
