Neighbors are always yelling. It is very obvious that people are smoking cigarettes and weed inside the apartment because the smells are strong. Apartment layout isn’t ideal.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with forest cove apartments.The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from forest cove apartments and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing.

It's good, the place has minimal noise, but the maintenance is a bit bad and they don't do their renovations well

Walls are way to thin. Everything ends up either breaking or not working. Price is ridiculous for how bad the apartment is.

Forest cove apt community is comfortable to live. Easier to move anywhere from here. Overall, everything going well
