I moved here in November last year. My first and very positive impression was the building manager, Tina. My apartment has obviously been well maintained. It's spacious and comfortable. Wonderfully friendly and quiet community. Excellent location. Now in my fourth month, I could not be happier.

This is a very nice And quiet residence. The staff is very cooperative, and any troubles that I’ve had with any kind of maintenance Issues, they are tended to right away. And the office Staff is always Cooperative, and really cares about Their residents.

Not enough amenities for the amount of rent charged. Often no one on sight. We’ve only had one washer in our building for month, which besides the pool is our only amenity. Really hard to justify paying this much a month.
