New owners - great location
Really like this property. There are new owners and they're really putting money into rehabbing the units and making this a nice place to live. You can't beat the location and the people living here are really great and there is a good sense of community.

Great place to live
This is a great place to live. Although not many amenities, it is a quiet, nice location, property management is great and will fix anything that needs attention within 24 hours. Rents are lower than what I've seen around the neighborhood, so great value. The new remodels to the units are awesome.
