needs improvement

Repairs done only to the satisfaction of the office. The water pressure in my kitchen has been very low since I've moved in but I was told it was "adequate". The parking lot and sidewalks need repair. No handicap access to sidewalks for all units. I have lived here for a year and a half and there is little to no accomodation for residents requesting assistance.
