Wonderful little piece of nature

We have been here for 3 years and love the property. It is surrounded by woods on all sides and has several ponds you can fish. A 1 mile trail loops the perimeter for a nice private nature walk.

19 Years at Timber Lakes

I’ve lived here in the same apartment, since 2004. Obviously I like living here or I would not have stayed this long. Never a problem with office staff, Maintenance always very good, snow removal very good. Only problem with parking is sometimes I come home late at night and someone is in my carport. It does not happen that often but it’s sure frustrating when it happens. Streets need some attention. Getting a little rough. I don’t know what more you can do about residents dumping trash where it should not be but I guess you have to put up with that. Currently to put bagged trash in the dumpster up on the hill you have to climb over trash that should not have been put there in the first place. Wish rent didn’t go up every year. Reward multi year residents with a break on rent? Maybe a program for rent not increasing if you have been here 5 years , etc. Overall, a nice place to live.
