Great Place to Live!

I have lived at The Ridge for 27 years and have been through both good and bad management (mostly bad) until the past 3 years when Monarch acquired the property. To begin with, the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in all requests. The Office Manager, Daniela, is very professional and seems to be a "hands-on" Manager. The relationship between management and staff appears to be very comfortable with Daniela working alongside the staff. She and her staff are very considerate and kind as they interact with the tenants and outside service people who come to the office.The staff complements each other with their varying knowledge and skills and they seem to have a genuine concern for the tenants as they listen to and solve problems that often arise. Daniela and staff also have done a good job of screening potential tenants which is very important to me and the other "seniors" living in our building. When I first moved to this property in 1994 the owner lived on the property and most of the employees were required to live on the property. When the owner sold the property, the maintenance of property under at least 2 corporations became worse with many of the tenants leaving. When the current owners took over, I was very concerned that the property would continue in the downward trend, however, I noticed how the Manager and staff took over as they assured us that the property would be brought up to its potential. Needless to say, I was very pleased! The property is now being maintained well, work requests are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance men are very courteous, helpful and prompt in taking care of the work orders. I am a senior citizen and at times in need of extra service which is often provided by maintenance staff. Overall, I am well satisfied with the staff and management of The Ridge and intend to live here for another 27 years as long as the current owner and office staff remains!!

My home at The Ridge

After seven years, I still enjoy living at The Ridge. It is located in the Waldo area which has may stores and restaurants. I have no problems with maintenance. Request are handled in a timely manner. Management friendly and make you feel welcome when you go to the office.
