Take Time To Read

Maintenance is Terrible. I've had squirrels living in my vents since I moved in Jan 11th 2020 and they still won't fix it. It got so bad to the point where the squirrels made a hole in from my vent in my bedroom. They fixed that but didn't fix the main problem. Staff generally acts nice but normally doesn't do anything, some of them also have attitudes. They promised renovation since Feb. 2020 and I moved in because of it but they have YET to do ANYTHING they promised. It's honestly starting to feel like neglect of tenants but we'll see what my lawyer says.

Great place but shitty maintenance team

Great place, great atmosphere, value for your money. My only observations and experiences is with maintenance team, they are slow to respond and not well skilled to do a decent job.

Awful! Don't do it!

These apartments are disgusting! The halls and entry are gross. When they do any patch work inside they don't even sand it before painting. It is trashy! The smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Don't waste time looking at these.
