Welcome to The Hills! We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom spacious apartments. Each apartment has been updated with custom closets, granite counters, beautiful doors, new flooring, and appliances. Let us help you find your perfect home at The Hills! *Move in date and unit is approximate and subject to change based on availability. The reservation must be confirmed via the leasing office and all required paperwork and application fees paid within 24 hours of the request. Deposits and Fees $100 administrative fee for all apartments. Deposits start at $100 for our 1 bedrooms, $200 for our 2 bedrooms, and $300 for our 3 bedroom - with approved credit. The resident is responsible for a portion of water, sewer, and trash. ($58 for 1 bedroom, $73 for 2 bedrooms, $88 for 3 bedrooms)

Great apartment tour/ showing experience

Amelia is very attentive and professional. She did a great job of not only showing us the apartment but also telling us about the neighborhood. I am excited that there is customizing option available for the tenants, which makes these houses more like homes.

Best Apartment Experience Ever!!!

I moved my family to THE HILLS almost a year ago. My family has never been so content and happy in a place as we are at THE HILLS. The Management Staff and Maintenance staff are second to none and go the extra mile to make sure resident needs are met. We have enjoyed a tremendous sense of community and fellowship with our neighbors. My children absolutely love the amenities of the park and pool and it has afforded them an opportunity to attend a tremendous school district. We have lived in higher priced apartments but never have enjoyed the apartment experience as much as we do at THE HILLS!

Great Place to Live!

My boyfriend and I have lived at The Hills since Sept. 2018 and we love it! The one bedroom we have is spacious and all of the amenities offered here are amazing. The location is right off hwy 169, which makes it the perfect distance from downtown or anywhere else near by. The office staff and maintenance staff are both very friendly and always happy to help with any need. We just renewed our lease for another year!

Our Pet Policy The Hills Apartments allows dogs and cats. Two pets per apartment home. A pet addendum and vet records are required. All breeds and weights accepted upon interview.
