Chiefs

Have lived here for 5 years but disappointed in the pool being closed when 12 month access was part of it. No reason for pool to not be open as you don’t have to staff it. Also disappointed no incentive to sign 12 month lease extension any longer. This place takes advantage of good residents. Would not recommend for long term rental and will be leaving asap

Pet Policy

The Haven at Shoal Creek is an inviting, pet-friendly property with an enclosed pet park. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions: Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Nonrefundable fee for 1 pet of $300 or $450 for 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly fee of $20 per pet.
