We love it here.

This is our 6th year. We like it. So easy to go to our lake place and not worry about anything. Mail is always secure. Flowers are beautiful, We are retired so we have an apt. on the ground floor. Jeff is Disabled so we have a designated parking spot. I like the fenced in porch. Our own little garden.

Noise/Stomping/Running over my head repeatedly!!!

My above neighbor is constantly standing over either where I'm sleeping or sitting in my living room stomping and jumping/running over my head!! Sad to say that she parks right in front of my living room windows and I happened to look outside several times and I caught her starring up at my windows. I feel she is stalking me!! I'm very overwhelmed with this type of behavior me! I'm fed up with this nonsense going on since I moved into this place. First it was washing laundry at 2/3am in the early mornings. I have to turn up my TV or Gospel music to hear!! Due to this COVID-19, it hasn't made it any better!! However, volunteering my work to help it's been very stressful dealing with her!!! Please help!!!! Thank you.

Cordillera Ranch Apartments is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $20 a month.
