For rent by Vinebrook Homes. Please review our rental criteria before applying to a Vinebrook Home. Only one application is accepted at a time - if the Vinebrook website does not allow you to submit an application then the home is on hold. Please check back frequently. Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days from the day they applied with a hold fee equal to ½ of one month’s rent. Please apply only if you are able to take possession of home within this time frame. Utilities will remain in Vinebrook’s name; however, all utility charges will be billed to the tenant through Conservice, and the tenant is responsible for full payment. VineBrook Homes is committed to providing affordable housing and equal opportunity to our residents and participates in the Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8).  The Housing Choice Voucher must be submitted at the time of application.  A voucher holder will be qualified solely on the portion of rent to be paid by the applicant.  If the voucher or Request for Tenancy Approval does not contain a resident portion of rent, VineBrook will consider 30% of one month’s base rent as the applicant’s portion at initial application.  The applicant must provide an RTA within 48 hours of application.  Housing Choice Voucher participants must meet all resident selection criteria and the home must pass Housing Choice Voucher requirements and a HUD inspection prior to moving in. Quoted security deposit reflects base amount. Security deposit subject to change based on application screening results.
