Its alright

The price has gone up way too much over the last for years when the only thing thats really been improved is the parking lot resurfacing. New laundry machines or fixing up some of the older apartments would be great

Great Place to Live

Other than parking being a hassle sometimes it is in a good location. Friendly staff and neighbors. Pool always clean amd ready to use. Laundry facilities by Jetz if you have issues they are quick. Maintenance responds quickly to problems.

It's just ok

I've lived here for about 15 years. Mainly because i can't afford the moving expenses to relocate some where else. When i first moved in it was because i loved with the apartment had to offer. Rent was affordable and we each had our own storage space downstairs (which was the main reason). Now it seems over the years rent got higher and we started losing things. Like our storage spaces. I have not had a new stove or fridge in 15 years. No new carpet or ceiling fans. Yet things kept being taken away from us. I understand there may have been issues with storage units but allow residents to use them at their own risk. Even if we have to sign a agreement that we are solely held responsible. Bring them back to us. We need them and not the extra expense of an outside public storage unit.
