A Million Stars
I'm updating my earlier review because I apparently I did not click on the stars. I would give it a million stars if possible! I am very content living here. They keep it exceedingly well maintained. I can't imagine being any happier. Thank you Tina, David and Mike. You are the best!
Love it here!
I moved here in January, and I'll be honest when I say this place is impressive. The staff is always super courteous and kind. Tina, the manager is a literal Rockstar, and the maintenance staff is prompt and kind. They have been doing various upgrades and improvements which look really nice. After my lease is over, I'd definitely gladly stay another year.
Ratings
I like the area and the property, but more can be done when it come to tenants that has been on property for some time, should be able to get upgrade on certain amenities or if want to transfer there shouldn't be a transfer fee, this is just good deed from the apartment showing appreciation to long term tenants. But this is just my opinion.
At Crysler Plaza West, pets are considered a part of the family. As a pet friendly property, we are required to follow mandated pet guidelines. Contact the leasing office to discuss any pets that may be joining your family. All pets require a $300 deposit. Half of which is non-refundable. In addition to other lease charges, you will be charged a $20 pet rent fee monthly. It will be listed as a separate line item on your lease paperwork.
